    These aren't the best made product but they do totally work and are a good size to be portable. I'm always working on my grip strength and these are nice as they came with three of each and I could put them in various locations. I drive about an hour each way to work and so it is nice to have them in my car to do a few reps while driving. I also keep a set of the harder ones at my desk at work.

    I am a Physical Therapy Assistant with 30 years of experience so if I like something like this, it is saying something!!! I am giving these a four only because the pieces that you put your fingers in are a bit small for my husband's fingers. He does have a large hand though.

    They came on time. I think these bands are well made and easy to use. My only problem is that my fingers are a little short for them. I still get a good work out. I slide them down farther on my digits.

    I ordered this product for my husband. He has radial tunnel and this product has helped to improve his condition. The only downside is if you have large fingers, this product is difficult to put on and take off.

    I was using a rubber band to start with my therapy but needed to go with something a little stronger and these are working GREAT. I suggest if you need to rebuild your forearm muscles.
