    Great for working out while relaxing, now I don’t feel guilty watching tv. Multi-functional, can work out arms and legs. It’s small but hard to store due to width.

    This will strengthen your inner thigh muscles and you can use it for various other parts like your arms but it works incredibly well for your inner thighs

    Works well. Spring is a little weaker than others I’ve bought, but my wife said she prefers it because she can actually complete reps correctly during the workout.

    I used it while watching TV and I started to feel a burn. Works great on my arms too. No it's not as intense as real gym equipment but if used daily it pays off.

    Excellent quality! I have a desk job and wanted to feel like I was getting in some exercise. No one can tell when I use it, and I have already noticed tightening in my thighs.

    Love this so much! I rarely use it yet, just playing around to do sets of 10 or 20. Already I can feel my shoulder blades expanding, and inner thighs getting stronger and my arms too. Keep this as a lazy workout option! When I’m watching tv or sick in bed I'll get my heart pumping for a quick second. I plan to keep a lifestyle change and do tiny changes, and eventually, it will all add up to daily habits and longer workouts and a stronger body. Don’t worry if you’re doing it correctly. Just breathe! And hold your body somewhat firm in as best “alignment” as you can. You will build upon your own strength.

    This is my two-month review. I haven't tried other products but from what I saw in the reviews, some don't leave up to expectation by requiring many reps to get the burn. I am at an ok level of fitness and I can say this product does give a burn at about 20-30 (on the first set at least) reps. It could be more or less depending on your level of fitness. Also you get more out of it if you perform controlled movements instead of just slapping your thighs together. I don't know how it works for the upper body cause I haven't tried it.
