    The resistance is not as strong as I was expecting, but it is still a very good item! If you use it enough times it will start to hurt.

    Love this thigh toner. It is easy to use and provides great results if used consistently. I owned one years ago and they are great at toning your thighs. I also use it for chest presses. I know it isn't marketed for this area of the body but it does do a nice job of working out your chest area (because of the thigh toner resistance) by putting each hand on either side of the thigh toner then pushing the two sides together.

    As with other reviews, I found this equipment to be squeaky at first, but that has faded away. The plastic parts seem cheap, so I use it carefully. It gets the job done - great inner thigh workout while home on quarantine. The resistance could be more, so I have to do more reps. I wanted something affordable so it's sufficient for short workouts sitting on conference calls. If I wear this one out or it breaks, I will most likely buy the Suzanne Somers one for twice the price if I'm seeing results and need more resistance. Overall, it's a great little device.

    The plastic part feels like it may come apart, fingers crossed it doesn’t (I like my mini machine)

    I actually was surprised at how much I was gonna love this. I use a fee times a day mainly as an arm workout though. I tried using it in between my thighs but honestly I'm a big girl and the only way I can actually use this for my thighs is if my sitting down and even then it digs into my fat so can only use it about 2 times a day or else I start to get bruises but thats not an issue for me personally I just want to lose weight and slowly get into working out and if that means mainly working on my arms for now that fine with me
