It's small enough to fit in your handbag too! It has two ends to it. One has a detail piece to get into the minute crevices to get dirt and earwax off. The other end that I found much more helpful is a fuzzy wand that is perfectly fitted to the size of the silicon ear inserts, allowing you to get everything out. Well made product.
