    I was using a rubber band to start with my therapy but needed to go with something a little stronger and these are working GREAT. I suggest if you need to rebuild your forearm muscles.

    Love this product. I was having hand pain from being a plumber and injuring my hand and this helped with strengthening my hand and helping the pain. Almost pain free now

    This definitely works when I hold each rep for 3 seconds. People underestimate how valuable it is to train the opposing muscle groups. A must have for massage therapists!!
