    This is a great resistance band for leg, shoulder, waist and hand exercises. It is good in home and travel. I found it very convenient for working out shoulders and legs. It is small enough to easily pack and versatile enough to exercise different muscles. Overall, I feel it’s effective. I like it. I will recommend this product to my friends.

    Easy enough I know I will use it and challenging enough to make a difference so good buy. I hope it holds up - so will let you know if it does not. But seems hearty.

    This pedal band is my absolute favorite. It's comfortable to use. I was able to work out and I could feel it. It felt way better on my joints than some of the other products I've used in the past. It was the right amount of stretchy and it's so versatile that I can get a core workout as well as an arm workout while sitting down.

    I am happy I purchased this product. I was having a hard time doing the sit-ups on my own. I needed assistance. Sometimes there was no one around to hold my feet. But now I can do it in my own. In addition to becoming independent, I lost some “stomach weight “ and the instructions gave other potential exercises that can be done
